Digital Download Policy​

Thank you for purchasing from Datyah Digitals. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any eBook, devotional, journal, worksheet, printable, guide, template, course material, or other downloadable product.

Digital products

All digital products sold through Datyah Digitals are delivered electronically. No physical item will be mailed unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

​

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to your download through the order-confirmation page, email, customer account, or another delivery method described at checkout.

 

Final-sale policy

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, saved, and used immediately, all digital-product sales are final and nonrefundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please carefully review the product description, file format, compatibility information, and included materials before completing your purchase.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us within seven days of the duplicate purchase. After confirming the duplicate transaction, we may issue a refund for the additional purchase.

Download or access problems

Please contact us if:

• You do not receive your download email

• The download link does not work

• The file is damaged or will not open

• You receive the wrong product

• Part of the purchased product is missing

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement file or restore access to the product.

​

Before contacting us, please check your spam, junk, promotions, and deleted-email folders. You should also confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.

Refund exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered when:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase

• Datyah Digitals is unable to deliver the purchased product

• The delivered file is materially defective and cannot be replaced

• You receive a product different from the one ordered

• A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided because:

• You changed your mind after purchasing

• You no longer want or need the product

• You did not read the product description

• You expected a physical product when the listing identified it as digital

• You do not have compatible software or equipment

• You purchased the wrong product

• You have already downloaded or accessed the product

• You did not complete or use the product

• You disagree with the content after receiving access

Datyah Digitals may still review unusual circumstances individually, but submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

File formats and compatibility

Product pages will identify the file format when applicable. Formats may include PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP, DOCX, or other commonly used digital formats.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their device and software can open, view, print, or use the listed format before purchasing.

​

Colors, page dimensions, margins, and print quality may vary depending on the customer’s device, monitor, printer, paper, ink, and print settings.

Download responsibility

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving purchased files after delivery. Download links may expire or have access limits.

Datyah Digitals does not guarantee that every product will remain available indefinitely through the original download link. We recommend saving a backup copy for personal use.

 

Personal-use license

Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase provides a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your personal use only.

 

You may:

• Download the product to your personal devices

• Print reasonable copies for your own use

• Use the product for your personal study, reflection, planning, or growth

 

You may not:

• Share the files with another person

• Email, upload, post, or distribute the files

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the product

• Make copies for a group, class, ministry, business, or organization

• Upload the product to a shared drive, membership site, social platform, or file-sharing service

• Alter the product and claim it as your own

• Use the product to create another product for sale

• Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices

Each person who wishes to use the product must purchase or receive an authorized copy unless a separate group, classroom, church, commercial, or organizational license is offered.

Intellectual property

All digital products, written materials, graphics, layouts, branding, illustrations, worksheets, and other content are owned by or licensed to Datyah Digitals and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

 

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or intellectual property.

 

Faith-based and educational content

Datyah Digitals products are provided for faith-based encouragement, education, reflection, and general informational purposes.

 

They are not substitutes for individualized medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, pastoral, or other professional advice. Customers should seek qualified professional guidance when their circumstances require it.

 

Unauthorized sharing

Unauthorized copying or distribution harms the ability of Datyah Digitals to continue creating resources.

 

Datyah Digitals reserves the right to revoke access, suspend customer accounts, decline future orders, issue copyright notices, or pursue other available remedies when unauthorized sharing or misuse is discovered.

 

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the concern.

 

A chargeback should not be used to avoid this policy after a valid digital product has been delivered. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in revoked access and restrictions on future purchases.

 

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

 

International customers

Consumer rights vary by country and region. Customers may have rights that apply regardless of this policy.

 

For example, European Union rules provide withdrawal rights for many online purchases, but those rights may be lost for immediately delivered digital content when the customer gives prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right. Your checkout process should include the appropriate consent wording when selling downloadable products to consumers covered by those rules.

 

Changes to this policy

Datyah Digitals may update this policy as products, delivery methods, or legal requirements change. The version displayed on the website at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction.
